Slivers of sunlight

Walking around this afternoon, between the buildings, and down the streets, there were little pockets of sunlight painting the city. It was beautiful and so warm! The only catch is that you had to bare the shade which was just as cold as it was warm. So there was a constant dance of "ugh, stupid cold, WOO IT'S SO WARM THIS IS GREAT, ugh I hate winter..."depending what street you were on

Went to grab a coffee this afternoon. Seen this dude on other side of the street, big ol' smile across face as he happily walked on, amongst the cold faced people. Thought it was nice to see a smile, while outside, in -20c weather.

This dude I seen in the market. I'm not exaggerating the size of his big furry hat. People bust out all kinds of funny clothes once 2 flakes of snow fall.
